1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are processed through our partner Cloudbeds. By completing a reservation, you agree to the booking terms displayed during the checkout process. Use promo code BACKPACKLOVE for 25% off when booking directly through our website.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 14:00 (2:00 PM)
Check-out: by 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Reception hours: 09:00-21:00
Self check-in available after 21:00 via email access codes
Minimum age: 18 years with valid passport (no other ID accepted)

3. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in may be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must present a valid passport at check-in
Respectful behaviour towards other guests and staff is required
Common areas must be kept clean and tidy
No smoking inside the property
Quiet hours apply between 22:00 and 07:00

5. Included Services

All stays include:

Free breakfast daily (08:00-09:00)
Free social dinner (~~19:00)
Fibre Wi-Fi throughout the property
Linen, towels, and free toiletries
Personal locker with pod
24/7 security monitoring

6. Laundry

Washing machine and dryer available at $4 each. Free detergent provided.

7. Liability

Tequila Sunrise Hostels is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using the personal lockers provided with each pod. Valuable items should be stored securely.
